This page exists for a simple reason: before handing your accounts to someone, you want to know who you are talking to. Here is what sits behind raffen.content, including what we are not good at.
Who we are
raffen.content is a creator management agency founded in [year to complete], based in [city, country to complete]. What we do
We take on four workstreams: content planning and pricing of your offers, subscriber conversations, audience acquisition on Instagram, TikTok, X and Reddit, and tracking of payouts and disputes. Every creator has one dedicated manager and receives a detailed monthly statement of what was done and what it produced.
What we do not do
We do not produce content for you and we do not decide what you post: both stay entirely yours. We are never an intermediary for your payments. We do not buy followers and we do not use chat bots: those are the practices that get accounts closed.
How we are paid
Purely as a percentage of the revenue we help generate. No joining fee, no monthly retainer, no hidden costs. The rate is given during the discovery call, before anything is signed, and is written explicitly in the contract. If you earn nothing, we earn nothing: that is what aligns our interests with yours.
How we select
We do not accept every application. The deciding factor is not your follower count today, but your ability to produce content consistently and the clarity of what you want to build. When a profile does not fit, we say so with a reason, rather than signing someone we would not know how to grow.
What we do not guarantee
Any number. The results shown on this site reflect real situations observed with managed creators, but they depend on your starting point, your niche, your consistency and the market. An agency that promises you a specific income before knowing your case is lying to you.
